Mixed feelings about this hotel; on the one hand you couldn't ask for a better view. The location is great, only a 20 minute walk into town, the food is fantastic with loads of choice, and the service is friendly. However the room is where this hotel was really let down. We were in room 609, which is the closest to the entertainment area. The music was always constantly loud at night, so loud that we could hear it through headphones and earplugs. It would go until 11:30pm which is far too late for people who want to get to sleep earlier for a big day of activities. Then of course people would continue drinking with loud voices that sounded right outside of our rooms. I had to ring reception most nights to request either the music to be turned down or if they could ask people to keep quiet. If this is something that would bother you, request to not stay in rooms 604-609. The hotel should really look at sound proofing these rooms. The room itself was comfortable enough, clean, nothing particularly special but it was fine with working air conditioning and a nice bed. We would stay here again just not in 609.

This place has the potential to become 5 stars. The food is superb with plenty of choices for vegan and vegetarian, lots of fish and meat options with pasta dishes. The drinks were limited on the all inclusive however they did have a cocktail menu. The coffee was great, and there was plenty of fresh water available. I just wish it wasn't served in single use plastic cups! The service from staff was excellent and they were all very helpful. The rooms need an upgrade. However, they were clean, spacious, and good showers with aircon. Beds changed regular and clean towels. There are 3 pools, and the views are just stunning. Entertainment in the evening is good for those staying on site with kids entertainment but for those who want something more exciting you can head out to the strips with bars and restaurants all walking distance or a cheap taxi ride around 100l Would definitely come back here. WiFi was only on pools/bars, not in rooms, which was a shame.
